We operate a 14 day returns policy on all items purchased through our online shop and over the telephone. You must notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your items to notify us of your intention to return your product. From this date you must ensure the item(s) are received by us no later than 30 days from date of delivery. A refund will be issued for your product within 7 working days to the payment method you used when purchasing from us. Please note all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee There are some limitations to products which cannot be returned
- Products made to order
- Custom made products such as vehicle decals etc
- Custom mixed cleaning products
- Items which cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
- In-house services such as Detailing / Waxing
Delivery fees and return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We will only refund postage costs in the event a product is faulty. Refunds can only be given on products checked and tested by ourselves and confirmed to be intact and as originally received. All non chemical items are checked prior to sale to ensure all products work as they should such as pressure washer, hand pumps, snow foam lanced etc. In the event your product is faulty or develops a fault and you believe you have a claim under the Consumer Rights Act a return later than 14 days maybe accepted subject to prior approval.
